What we offer

The Salvation Army Pathway of Hope program provides a high impact case management approach with targeted services for families with a desire to take action to break the cycle of crisis and vulnerability. It is rooted in integrated mission, and focuses on identifying and addressing root cause issues for families living in poverty using a strengths-based approach. Through intentionality and focus, the Pathway of Hope program allows The Salvation Army to increase our impact with existing resources.

Mapping it Out
Putting your plan together with the help of your case manager. 
Staying On Track
Charting your progress and success with your dedicated case manager on a regular basis.
Passing the Six-Month Marker
Looking at the progress you’ve made in six months, and deciding what’s next for your journey.
Looking Ahead
Celebrating your success. Adjusting any further goals. Encouraging others.
